Because many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, our return policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within a short period after placing your order, before production has begun.
To submit a return request, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@usaprintingstore.com
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of your return; all cases are reviewed individually depending on the production status and product type.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Once your order enters production or customization has started, returns and refunds are no longer accepted.
This applies to all custom-printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise personalized items.
Additionally, the following are non-returnable:
- Digital proofs or design fees
- Sale or clearance items
- Shipping and handling charges
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or videos of the product to assess the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair, refunds are issued only in exceptional cases.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for partial or full refund, depending on material preparation and labor time already invested.
Once production has started, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
