At USA Printing Store, we partner with trusted third-party delivery companies to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, location, weather conditions, and production volume.

2. Free Shipping – USA & Canada

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States and Canada.
No minimum order amount is required.

For remote or special delivery zones, additional handling time may apply.
Expedited or express shipping options (if available) may include additional fees.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation and before being dispatched to our delivery partners.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days for non-custom products.
  • Custom or made-to-order products: may require additional time for production and quality checks.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information if available.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Canada Post
  • USPS
  • DHL

The carrier is automatically chosen based on destination, weight, and service availability.
USA Printing Store is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Tracking & Delivery

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (if provided by the carrier).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product, and
  2. Notify us at sales@usaprintingstore.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will open a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Replacement or refund decisions will depend on the carrier’s claim outcome.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check your local regulations before ordering.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Strikes, accidents, or border restrictions

However, we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any shipment issues.
